Prod’s Lounge is a tool to organise music projects: keep versions of your files, comment, assign credits and prepare paperwork for collecting societies and distributors.

The platform is offered as is and under continuous development: features may change and the service may be interrupted.

Financial support is voluntary and does not entitle you to any special benefit.

You must be at least 16 years old and give us truthful information.

You are responsible for your password and for what is done from your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

You can delete your account at any time from My profile.

What you upload is yours (or belongs to whoever holds the rights). We claim no ownership over your music or files.

You give us permission to store it, process it and show it only to the people you enable (your team, or whoever receives a public link you turn on), solely to provide the service.

You declare that you have the right to upload what you upload, including third-party samples and collaborations, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

In a shared project, members can see and edit the content according to their permissions; agree with your team on who may do what.

Do not use the platform to upload illegal content or content that infringes other people’s copyright.

Do not try to access other people’s data or accounts, break security, overload the service or use it to send spam.

Do not share public links or invitations for deceptive purposes.

We may suspend or delete accounts or content that break these rules.

The PDFs and sheets the platform generates (AGADU, SUDEI, CUD, distribution) are an aid for filling in data that you enter. They are not legal advice and do not replace each organisation’s own review.

You are responsible for the data being correct and for submitting it to each entity. AGADU, SUDEI and the CUD are independent organisations with no relationship to Prod’s Lounge.

The AGADU, SUDEI and CUD features apply to Uruguayan societies.

We do what is reasonable to keep the service running and to protect your data, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or an error-free service.

Always keep a copy of your important files outside the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Prod’s Lounge is not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or for disputes between collaborators about authorship, percentages or rights.

Nothing here limits rights that the law grants you as a consumer.

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

If we ever shut the platform down, we will give advance notice so you can download your files.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

The courts of Montevideo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we tell you inside the app.
